Torrent queued seed but not downloading

So, I downloaded a bunch and everything was seeding not everything was steadily uploading but everything was seeding. I waited and waited and they stayed queued.

BitTorrent, as a protocol, isn't like eMule or kazaa. Let BitTorrent manage the queue on its own and you'll see each torrent perform better. I dont understand why less should seed after a reboot than 1 hour earlier. It very quickly gets to a point, with the emule mentality, where you're splitting your connection so many ways, it's rendered completely useless.
